Hi foodies today I bring you a review of the best Jamacian patties ...this will be short and straight to the point review.. Food 5/5 ..absolutley amazing and fresh and I repeat fresh again !!!! ..these are made fresh daily in house and known as the best patties and they surely dont disappoint. The pastry is fresh crunchy flaky and absolutely delicious, filled with perfectly spicey beef and a delite to eat . Best patties I ever had ...most Caribbean places get there patties from one of two places this happens to be one of the suppliers, so your getting fresh from the source and not frozen and re-heated and believe me the difrence is huge. Service 5/5 super friendly service highly recomended stop by and try their patties you will love them. Parking: Lots of parking in plaza

I would always buy patties from the restaurant after practice. It was awesome treat. 10yrs later I moved to south etobicoke and Tinnel's was a distance to go. Yesterday I was surprised to find it in my groceries No frills. I bought a box and rushed home to heat them up. When I opened my box the frozen patties were poorly made . Maybe I should stick to the restaurant. I ate 2 of them but no fun when meat is falling out before you can enjoy it.

Found them in my local grocery store in North York RCSS. They were premade and hot but absolutely rock hard. They make gingerbread houses look like tapioca. Completely inedible and one actually served nicely as a door stop. Not even kidding. There is no way I will be visiting their location in Brampton after that. You shouldn't be putting your name on products if you can't ensure quality. Bad business move.

The Patties are the best! The service is what gives it the 3stars. The long lines, the disorganization it’s frustrating! Two line 1 cash the other debit. The debit line is through the door. Cash line is empty. So you are waiting nearly 15 mins for service. Do better. It’s 2022 technology has improved way to much for this laziness to be acceptable.

I recently bought a box of the frozen Timnels from my local grocery store and have not been impressed. There is hardly any meat inside the patty. Terrible patty, don't waste your money. Cant even contact them. Patty King is better, line up the Progress location all the time..quality.

The food used to be awesome but now if you buy oxtail you get bone instead of meat. Same thing with curry goat bone. No meat. It used to be good. Really good but gone downhill fast. It's a shame

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever seen. They had us waiting 40 minutes for one patty to complete our order. Don’t go here if you have limited time because they will waste yours. Find somewhere else to eat everyone.

Rating is strictly for the frozen patties bought in the grocery store. We've bought them for years and throughly enjoyed them until recently when they started putting all the patties in a large extremely thin plastic bag that is not even sealed. Previously each pattie was was wrapped individually in a sealed wrap. Now at least half are broken and the other half has the beef coming out of the slit open patties. The taste is no longer appetizing. You've lost a long buyer!

Tinnels patties makes the best Pattie and coco bread always fresh and tasty! Customer service is great, always greeted with a smile and always positive vibes.

Delicious food, but imagine waiting 40 mins for ONE PATTY. The servers have no manners, no patience, and while I admit they can cook, they cannot run a business! Look like is a next patty place mi affi go find cause mi cyah badda wid dem kinda service deh.
