Best customer service and perfectly bilingual

Customer Service Stinks. I describe the quality of their products but the first time I called I was asked to send an email. When I asked if I could explain my need and determine if an email is worth sending she said that I'll need to speak with someone else and the said nothing after that. Just left me hanging. I've done tons of business with VistaPrint and I wanted to give a local guy a chance. Sorry loca guy, back to VistaPrint where they appreciate their clients.
