Amazing gem in the neighborhood with an excellent selection of prints and frames. Friendly and fast customer service!
A nightmare. Dropped off one painting and two posters for framing, with a one-week timeframe. Cost was just under $500. Stopped by a week later, but the job hadn't been started, so I was given an estimate for another week, as it seemed like interior decorators for wealthy clients were the store's priority. Stopped by after a week, to find the the job still hadn't been started, so I asked to cancel. Owner hadn't yet arrived, so I came back ten minutes later to collect items, only to find one piece had been hurriedly framed, with the other two to follow. I asked for a partial refund, which the owner refused. I then asked for a full refund, which turned into a shouting match after he refused again. I collected all items myself and walked out, very disappointed with this dishonest business. Working with credit card company for a full refund.
Rafiqul the owner was so helpful, I had a bit of a strange project and he went over and beyond to make it work. Highly recommend!

I went there for a simple matting job. The guy gave me a price $20. Went back the next day to get it done and the price had gone up by 50%. Same guy. This store will rip you off at any opportunity. Not a serious business. Crooks.
