Once again, Meubles Levac Furniture Inc. comes through in our time of need. Christine St-Jean met us and quickly sized-up our requirements and preferences in replacing our power lift chair/recliner. She was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous during our visit to the store today. She provided us with a great product and same-day free delivery - at a discounted price! How can you beat that?!! We've been dealing with Meubles Levac Furniture Inc. for over 30 years and Christine will keep us coming back!! Thanks again, Christine!!

Pushed us to buy a warranty, when our couch broke they told us we were too fat and that they would only consider honouring the warranty after it had expired. Basically telling us that the warranty didn't mean anything. So yeah not a good experience.

Service after sale is terrible. 1 month and a half after i bought my washer dryer still damage and not fix. Bought a freeze drop in the middle of the place plug in the wall thank you. What a delivery? Not impress that store is not like it used to be . It over 20 years i buy my furniture there i saw a big changes.

Worst service ever! We bought a mattress 3 yrs ago. When it turned out to be defective after only 2 yrs we had to pay for transportation to have the mattress repairedoriginally we were told the mattress would be replaced if it was defective. The mattress came back worse than it was! The manager treated me as though I was crazy. And when she got the report back from the repair that proves I wasn't crazy she never apologized. Finally, a year later, I was able to get the manager to agree to replace the mattress with a new one. She still had a VERY bad attitude with me. She assured me though that it would be a mattress of an equivalent quality. It's not. The new mattress is hard as a rock and doesn't have the memory foam eurotop that we had originally purchased. We have vowed never to shop there again. We have had to resort to buying a new mattress from elsewhere. Buyers beware! Service may be ok at the time of purchase. But if you should be unlucky and require warranty services you will have a horrible experience. The manager would need lessons on how to speak to and treat her customers.

Bought brand new kitchen aid electric range so we thought till few things seemed strange leading us to contact whirlpool as repeated calls for help from store were no help at all whirlpool traced the serial number found my brand new range was actually registered with them in May of 2017 3 yrs ago and that I have 0 warranty as its expired so back to store to speak with the owner as she sold it to me she would not get back to me had to deal with someone else also learned I was not given the $200 off that was on that range for the month I purchased it....I only wanted what I paid for and thought we would support locally well I guess that does not go both ways for that store owner!!Please buyer beware and my 1 star is there but if I could I would take that away as well I have gone elsewhere but will be without a stove till they can deliver I have also submitted a review to BBB
