Trois-rivières Training

I have been participating in the adult fitness program at Trois for over two years. Trios Trainers (Rich and Matt), provide personalized workouts each day that you are able to do individually at your own pace with their support and encouragement. Not only has Trios helped me maintain and improve my overall fitness, it has also dramatically increased my strength. I can't say enough about the wonderful atmosphere and trainers at Trios- I would highly recommend Trios to both adults and athletes.

I started at Trois 2 years ago as an out of shape 40 year old. I am now in the best shape of my life. I am even starting to see a little sign of abs! 😎. The workouts are done for you so all you have to do is show up and get to work. Rich and Matt do an excellent job of training/motivation. Would highly recommend to all athletes and adults looking to get better/stronger/more flexible. Thanks again!

My player has done the 3 day per week summer program for 2 years. The price for the entire summer is half of the cost for 1 week of an away "up north" camp and the results are very good. The kids have fun, the coaches are great the athletic improments are measurable.

I have been training at Trois for 3 years and it had helped me dramatically. It has helped me get stronger for basketball and to get faster on my feet for running. Because of this program i am faster on my feet for defense, but I wouldn't have gotten this far without Rich pushing me to be the best I can be.

Rich is an outstanding trainer! I've known Rich since 2013 not only has he helped me push through to become stronger he has helped my son get to the next level playing football!
