Bought a course for the sunbeds. Been in 3 times since to use them and each time there are no staff at reception just and number to call to get hold of them. Called the number and the phone is at reception ringing with no-one there to answer it. What brilliant staff and customer service

Really bad management and poor admin. Takes WEEKS TO CANCLE the membership. Stay away. The membership is handled by a company called Ashbourne. They have no phone number for the members only takes email from the members which takes at least 24 hours to reply. It took me 1 month to cancel the membership. The gym’s admin was so bad too. They had both my name and email wrong which made it impossible for me to find my membership number to cancel the membership. =====Reply to the owner's response===== How can you find my membership when you do not even have correct details? Took me a year and 4 requests via phone call and in person to fix my name and both mine and my partner's email addresses which never got fixed till the date we cancelled our membership I would know, because it took Ashbourne forever to find our details due to your admin mistakes!. Since our memberships are cancelled through Ashbourne, it should not be showing up on your system at all. Your reply just shows how unmangable your admin system is. Also as a final point, you should not be holding our details at all as per GDPR, it is ILLEGAL. So, please do delete them if you could really find our data still there ;

I joined this gym on a three month trial and selected it specifically to use the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately three weeks in to my membership the Jacuzzi broke down and was never fixed during my membership. The owner tried hard to get it fixed but there appeared to be some major problems which caused long delays. Although very disappointing, I guess this cannot be helped, however when I emailed the management team to request my membership be frozen until the Jacuzzi was fixed, I received absolutely no response which is very poor customer service. The front of house team members were very nice and I felt sorry that they had to bear the brunt of lots of re-occuring complaints that seem to never get resolved. There also seemed to be a high turnover of staff which probably relates to the poor management of the place. Generally the place is friendly and welcoming and the members were very pleasant. If you are planning to use the spa facilities, sadly, I would not recommend this gym. But if you want a basic space to workout then it is adequate.

Positives for her are the staff in this place are very welcoming, the place is quite clean overall and when something breaks they usually have it fixed pretty quickly. The equipment is in great shape, there's a very friendly atmosphere in there and there's lots of parkingafter 5 on weekdays. I think it's good value for money too. Negatives for me is there's not too much equipment, only one bench press, no squat rack just a smiths one and a leg press, no machine for calves, no free weight lat pull down for adjustable grips. Id count these as necessary gym items. I think if they relaid it slightly they might get more in there but they are short on space. I've come from a body building gym to here so if you're looking for that kind of gym it may be lacking but if you're looking for a fitness gym this is perfect. Other slight grievances would be the jacuzzi could be hotter and opening hours being poor on weekends. They close at 4 on Saturdays and 12 on Sundays. Overall I'd recommend this gym.

A great gym. Equipment and weights are generally in very good condition. The spa room is superb and has dimmed mood lighting and a sill with LED candles. You can also get a massage here.

When I did my membership nobody gave me any information about the spa especially the sauna not be in use anymore, but still asking for the same monthly price.

Whilst I'm not by any means a massive gym goer, I have been a member at a couple in the past and I have to say, I'm very impressed with Inspired. Given the gym is part of a newly built complex, the space and the equipment are the latest and greatest, but also immaculately clean! The gym fortunately is not crazy busy, and it has a nice atmosphere. I can always seem to find an available bench for workouts. All of the staff I've had the pleasure of encountering are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Waterbeach location is the best part for me, as my business is based about 300ft away in the adjacent offices. I'm taking full advantage of having a great gym on site, and a few of our staff are too! If you're looking for a new gym, or one closer to home - check these guys out!

Great gym in Waterbeach. Just finished a trial day here. All the equipment is brand new and the gym doesn’t get too busy for now! All the staff are very friendly, and I particularly enjoyed the spa - jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. It’s in such a handy location for me, being within a mile of my house. I will be coming back here again!
