There are a lot of CrossFit Gyms out there, but none compare to CrossFit Epoch. The coaching is the best coaching I have ever received, the other athletes are fun, encouraging and dedicated and they really become like a second family or community. Oh yeah, and you get in the BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE!!! It's intense. It's fun. It's addicting.

I have been working out at CrossFit Epoch for about a year and a half and I love it!! The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful and the community is so encouraging and welcoming. The gym is always clean and organized so finding equipment is easy. I highly recommend CrossFit Epoch!
