Getting Started
At Granite City CrossFit the 1st training session is free; give us a call or email and we will schedule that 1st workout. You will get a overview of our training, see some exercises, try them and have an opportunity to do a workout.
Granite City CrossFit is a personal training facility. Everyday you train with us you will be coached and guided. Fundamentals are #1 with us, correct form and technique will prevent injury and keep you training! Each workout will be scaled to your ability, CrossFit is for everyone that wants to work hard and see results.
Once you start, you will know in a couple of workouts if this is what you are looking for in a workout facility. You can always go back to your old routine. We want people that want something different; something that works!
