Triple O's Chevron Merritt

I came on one of the busiest days of the year if not the busiest.. Wasn't expecting the greatest service because they were overwhelmed to understate the situation.. I have never received such excellent customer service under these conditions.. The manager should be proud of the staff they have hired and trained.. They can handle anything. Food was amazing kudos to the cooks and the people at the front for going the extra mile.. What topped it off was having ketchup and S&P in with my napkins without even asking.. I'd give this location a 6/5 if I could.. Was extremely impressed.

Great food. Friendly staff. But I just waited a full 20 minutes for a small order in the drive thru. The last time I did the same, it was 15 minutes. When ordering inside, the wait is the same. I hope the owner addresses the problems before customers stop enjoying their food. Thx!

Had a breakfast sandwich there on Sunday the 9th of July 2017 on Route from Hope to Calgary. I got violently ill, throwing up on the side of the highway. Was definitely that garbage sandwich!

I'm the only one there I ask for two burgers and leave, get back to hotel to find only one burger, I stupidly try again a few days later asking for two plain burgers get back to hotel I have two this time but there fully loaded!! Come on now!! Do not go to this white spot!!! Worse one ever!!! Hire some different people that listen!!!

Good food and service was Good, but it was super busy at 7pm on a Friday.
