Espresso Etc.., has been in operation for over 18 years and is owned and operated by Janet Langlois and French for over 13 years. With quite an extensive menu for a coffee shop, Espresso Etc.., offers home-made soups, sandwiches, salads, burgers, gourmet beverages and a variety of desserts. All meat is oven roasted for soups and sandwiches. The bread is baked fresh daily and even the whole wheat is milled right on the premises. Other services Espresso Etc.., has to offer are, light catering and wireless internet. They also provide courier service as Purolator and Ups Agents for the community of Merritt, B.C. I used to love going here to get a small appetizer, but ever since they got the new owners I have found their food to be very dry and over cooked. I was very disappointed to get my tuna melt because it was more bread than cheese and tuna, as well as very dry! I can do a better job making it myself.

Hidden Jem. Driving thru had breakfast and a mocha . Coffee was good and beans were ground fresh. Breakfast was standard, nice thick bacon strips. 9.95 for breakfast a bit expensive, but a great find. Homemade muffins baked fresh and was still warm, was really yummy

Food here is so good, made fresh! The fresh brewed iced tea was delicious, and the chicken wings were the best! Great option for someone looking for somewhere different to eat in Merritt

I have been eating at Espresso Etc for 14 years and love doing so!  Everything is homemade from the soups, bread for sandwiches and the salads and desserts.  My daughters' favourite thing to eat here  is the veggie and my favourite is the baked mac and cheese.  The coffee is always on and there are lots of desserts to choose from.  Want a break from the chain restaurants, try Espresso Etc!!

Wonderful selection, great taste, friendly environment, fantastic staff.  We stopped here after Googling a place to eat lunch on a road trip read: just a guess and were totally impressed. Having stopped in Merritt many times before - and been happy with a bunch of places - this one has stood out more.  Thank you!

Great coffees....ran out of healthy choices early in the morning for baked goods. Limited dairy alternatives. I would highly recommend this place over all intown franchises! Staff super nice!

This place was amazing! Found it on Yelp while driving through. We had breakfast, great coffee, kids enjoyed it too. Homemade bread.

Freshed baked good all day home made breakfast in the morning in store made bread that you can have some of the best sandwiches on and at night the dinner menu comes out and this small mom and pop shop makes some of the best food and they deliver free in a 3 k radius which is basicly all of merritt

Breakfast burrito un edible, one staff member trying to take orders and make everything at the same time, garbage...  payed 15 $ received a disgusting burrito with expired salsa and one ice coffee ordered 2 coffees get your sh together

Supper friendly staff,  *awesome* bacon done crunchy the way I l like, seemed really under-staffed though
