This was my first time booking a vacation here. Much better to do in person instead of online. I received the best service I have had with a travel agency and the agent Teresa Gates. She's very nice and helpful will use her and this place again providing nothing goes wrong with my vacation in April lol. But I think it will be just fine, can't wait to get to Jamaica, Mon Merry Christmas.

Teresa Gates is Amazing!!! She takes her time, she is so informative and she knows her stuff. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I've always loved her recommendations, she has planned amazing trips for myself and family vacations. I will never go anywhere else. Tripcentral is there for you, they just don't hand you a book.

I have been booking trips for many years both online and in person and have to say Tammy Beamish from Trip Central is by far the best agent we have dealt with. Tammy is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accessible. From the moment we book she keeps in touch with us by email or phone. I am a nervous traveller and no question or request is too trivial to her - she gets back to me right away and always makes sure we are satisfied with and understand everything. The personal service she gives is fantastic and I would highly recommend Tammy and Trip Central to everyone.
