DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM HERE. They did not construct the patio drainage properly on all of the terraces so that the patio area cannot drain and accumulates moss, sludge and bugs. It has accumulated GALLONS of water beneath the tiles and they are refusing to fix the property claiming that it is the owner's responsibility it was constructed improperly.
