I bought a house and one of their agents was a rep of the seller. The agent was Philip. Here is my experience: - The house left dirty, uncleaned, the shed was dirty not even seeped. - Spider webs were around the corner of the ceilings in the bedrooms. - The keys for the shed and basement apt were missing and for half a day after took over the property, I was unable to access the apt. - The agent never responded to my phone calls/ emails to deliver the keys, had to bring a locksmith to change the locks for the shed and the basement. - My agents tried to reach out to Philp and the seller for the missing keys and why the house was not professionally cleaned as we had in the offer, no response ... DEAD... - The agent and his customers never responded after they got the money. I will be more than happy to share photos of the emails sent to this agent on the closing day asking for the keys and why the place was so dirty and how he never replied. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office, I advise close friends who are looking for agents not to use this office. Therefore I give one star and if I can do less, I would. I am looking to put a complaint with a real state committee for such experience.

Disappointed in the overall experience. Agent was not trustworthy and did not have accurate information on property nor disclosed latent defects. Tried to sell me house that was not insurable.

My husband and I were referred to BRITTANY SCHMIDT by a co-worker of his and we are so glad we chose her! She was very thorough, knowledgeable and even had a flashlight to look into "hard-to-reach" corners. She drove all the way to Woodstock, Ingersoll and lastly Tavistock on one day when we were looking at three houses. She ended up getting us the first house we looked at - after just one day! Brittany went above and beyond - and her personality is just awesome! We just loved her sense of humour and her honesty! We would not recommend anyone else!
