Very bad experience with this local team. Even after the request to the manager, NOTHING happens. The worst part is when we approach to Managers they take their team side and try to threaten you.

Plz Don’t Use Realtor Jon Lambert team. I am going through very tough time because of them.

Don't use the realtor Wayne Cheng.  Very misleading and will not provide all information on history of prospective homes and comparable homes sold in the area.  If he knows you are new to the area, he will lie to you about regional information.  You basically have to request what information you need which is difficult if you are a first home buyer and he will then do the work for you which should be easy  because it's information all realtors can access online; otherwise he will not disclose it.  In hindsight, I would have chose a bigger agent with an established reputation.

Be VERY careful if you plan on dealing with Mark Mauer..that's all I'll say publicly !!!! Just don't.
