I have to report that I had an extremely unpleasant experience with agent Hesham Hraki. I rented some shared studio space from this gentleman. He hinted that he wanted me to leave Mar 01/2016 yet would not give me any notice, verbal or written. He ended up refusing to refund me for the 6 days he interfered with my access during Feb 2016. He collected HST from me but refused to provide an HST number. I found his manner rude ,aggressive and very unprofessional. I cannot recall a more negative experience in my many years of dealing with vendors or suppliers.

I am a professional freelance artist, Mr Hraiki's behaviour has caused me loss of work and income, for which I will be seeking damages.
