My experience with Triangle RV has been very positive. 2 x we had issues with our pop up travel trailer and tow vehicle brake controller... and they stepped up and solved the issues fast. Once on our way out for a long weekend of camping our lift cable snapped... they stayed late to fix it and get us back on the road. Like 3 or 4 people stayed after closing to ensure we were good to go. Always appreciate a dedicated team.
Great people and great experience. Helped get me into a beautiful trailer going well above and beyond. Sylvia is a delight to work with, everyone has just been wonderful all around!
The staff are extremely knowledgeable! They helped us find our dream RV. They were so patient with us looking and asking a million questions. We absolutely love our new home away from home. We recommend them to everyone who asks us where we got our RV.
Triangle RV has a lot of accessories and replacement parts for your recreational vehicle. I bought a really nice propane fire pit from Triangle RV. I would definitely recommend one of those. You could use the fire pit at your condo on a balcony, Camping, tailgate parties, your backyard, even at public parks. The fire pits are currently on sale. Go on down and get yourself one. It beats having to handle wet wood and also beats getting fines from bylaws, plus it turns on at the twist of a knob and a click of the switch.
I bought my present 5th wheel from Triangle RV. Excellent post sale service. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Recommend them every day of the week and twice on Sunday.
Tickets for a car race show were available and I was very lucky to get them. "WENDY" was able to provide them for me; she was quick to respond to my request and was super friendly!!! Bubbly!! Thank you again!!
My partner and I had been looking for a Class B Motor home for several months when we met Bill MacMunn at Triangle RV. He treated us like we were his No. 1 clients. His response to emails was quick and some even after hours. We had very specific requirements given our storage ability which required physically measuring units down to the inch. Bill went out of his way to measure each unit we were considering. Our interests then turned to a travel trailer. Again we had to go through the same process which Bill accommodated without question. Unfortunately we did not purchase a unit from Bill however he continued his professionalism throughout which did not go unnoticed. We want to thank you Bill for helping us through the process of finding a unit to enjoy! We will definitely recommend Bill at Triangle RV to our friends.

My experience was not good. I am shopping for a specific trailer which they list on their site that they are getting 3 units, 1 as "coming soon" and 2 as "on order". I ask the price and when it will be arriving which they give me rough estimates. They offer a different model, which I say I'm going to hold off and go for the original one I want. And can I put a deposit down for it or ask what I need to do to secure it. They do not respond at all. I follow up a week or so later asking what I can do to purchase the incoming model. They reply with I won't be able to get that that trailer.... And they still have the 3 models on the website as on order or coming soon. Terrible customer service. If they are not getting that model in, pull it from the website and clearly tell the customer. I actually grew up near the dealership and was looking forward to purchasing my first and hopefully not last RV from them. I emailed other dealerships about this model and similar ones and everyone got back to me right away and clearly told me what needed to happen to purchase, pricing and estimated times etc. Follow up response to the owner: Thanks for the follow up. I'll give you the opportunity to make it up on the service and parts side when needed.
I went here for the car wash. First time., Will definitely go back. It's a no-frills kind of place and easily half the price of other car washes: $2 gets you a full 5 minutes of spray - which is a long time compared to anywhere else I've used! It's hand operated, not a drive-thru automatic wash. Also unlike other fancier car washes, you don't get to choose 10 different options. Here you have just 3 choices: wash, rinse, or wax. It takes .25¢ quarters, $1 loonies, or $2 toonies. It's located just north of Slegg Lumber in the Sidney Industrial Park area. There are just 2 bays. No garbage cans or clips to hang up your floor mats. There is 1 vacuum station as well.
