We were here with my wedding party getting our nails done. I absolutely LOVED mine and my three girls had a good experience. They really screwed the pooch for my mom though. She was the one who made the reservation and who was paying, and they put her with someone who didn't know what they were doing. She got separated from our party taking an extra hour and making us late. She didn't get to eat with us, drink with us, or socialize with the group much at all. Being the bride I should have had the best experience and I did, but the mother of the bride and the person footing the bill should've had the second best and it was surely the worst. Didn't even do a good job but we couldn't say anything since we were already late. I had to leave before she was done so I could finish everything else I needed to do that day

This salon is ripping their employees off tjey hire you saying you are making a certain percentage of commission and that's it. They are taking out of our checks for product, chargers the customer a credit card fee and then charging their employees a credit card fee, when she gives discounts she takes it out of our side of commission, oh and a gel manicure costs us $2 and then another gel manicure costs $7.55 hmmmm alittle fishy and because I myself got sick of being ripped off I walked out and now their saying my remaining check went back to them for so called redo's on my services and now I supposedly owe them $....i also believe that they do not meet the FLSA standards. How is it that a person works from open to close all the days they are open and in 2 weeks your check is only $100 and some. They have all their employees eating the cost out of their $ and they pocket theirs. I have proof please look on my page..... Product is considered a “cost of doing business” expense–and businesses are expected to absorb those expenses. Office workers don’t pay for the office supplies they use to do their jobs since the supplies are required to perform the tasks they’re compensated for performing. In the same way, stylists in the majority of states can’t have the costs of color, hairspray, gel, nail polish, water, electricity, or reception services deducted from their wages. A lot of owners remove the product fee prior to calculating commissions, which is generally fine as long as the employer is FLSA-compliant and the employee is aware of their pay rate prior to taking the position, but not all owners do this. Instead, they tell their employees that they’re making 50% of gross sales without mentioning that 10-12% is being directed to product or head fees. Some owners go a step further and pull the product cost out of the employee’s cut. Do not do this. This is wage theft territory. Don’t swim in those waters. 7.) Employers cannot charge an employee for a “redo.” There are only a few situations in which the law considers wage deductions permissible–and in the majority of states, this isn’t one of them. Employers, if an employee fails to perform to your expectations, you can fire them, but deducting money from their wages for a mistake is legally perilous at best. (Again, in addition to federal laws protecting employees, there are also many state laws that do the same, most of which are stricter than those at the federal level.) Yes, I agree with you. It sucks. If an employee doesn’t perform a job properly, resulting in an unhappy customer, why should you take the hit for it? Shouldn’t she have to be responsible for compensating the stylist that performs the redo service? I say yes. Laws say no. Not to mention that this method is ineffective, unethical, and inappropriate. It leads to unhappy employees who might work slower, do unacceptable work, and pass on that attitude to other employees.

First time visiting tonight for a balance. Everyone was friendly! My nails tech shanie was amazing! Friendly and professional. My nails are amazing! I will be back and will recommend her to anyone
