Came in with horrible knots and shoulder pain and booked an hour massage, still felt pain after I told the manager and she said sorry nothing we can do. I asked for a refund and they refused and tried to rush me off the phone. Another thing I didn't appreciate was the fact that I had to pay before the appointment and the massage therapist waited for her tip after. I don't recommend this business, I wish I wouldn't have spent my money here, very disappointed!

I really didn't know what to expect. My experience was amazing i felt so pampered Bob took awesome care of me i felt comfortable and he gave me the very best massage that i have ever had absolutely amazing. Loved the shower massage and everything. Thanks so much. Will be going again soon!

I'm 40 weeks pregnant. Went in for reflexology. The massage was wonderful, however, upon gathering my things another lady that didn't do my massage interfeared and said "did u give her a tip?" Now while I had all intentions on tipping I told her NO I didn't bcus I paid for the massage. Word of advice, don't open your mouth too soon about a tip. :)

The biggest issue here was customer service. I had never been there before and I did not feel informed of the process of everything they wee going to do. However, the actual services received were excellent. Upon leaving the lady who serviced me had the audacity to ask if I was leaving her a tip. I started to say  "NO". I had referred a friend of mine who was there as well and paid to upgrade our packages from what it was initially. I thought this was very rude and unprofessional. You should never ask a customer if they are going to tip you. Overall, I did not feel recommended and customer service is a important thing to me when Im spending over $100 bucks!
