They have the best message therapist there..Stacey was gave very good massages.. therapeutic and good healthy ones and she was so knowledgeable about the physiology of massages. It was amazing.

I'm not much a yelper person, actually not one at all.. but ive never gotten a worse fill than i have from here... absolutely terrible.. going to my friends salon to have her fix them

The Shelby LifeSpa is fantastic! It is an upscale salon and spa with competitive pricing. You do not have to be a member of Life Time Fitness to use the spa. In fact, with any salon or spa service you are able to use the whole facility for the day at no charge, including the FREE child care! You won't be disappointed.
