Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I have been a member for over a year and a half. They cancel my appointments more often than they don’t. Then I cannot get another appointment at a reasonable time for another month and a half. They say they are open late but they have very few appointments available after 5. Turnover on therapists is high. Once you find a therapist you like, they leave.

Overall good experience. My only complaint is that the couples massage is additional money for each customer, but does not provide any extra services for the additional price. I was expecting champagne or candles to make it romantic. We might as well of been in separate rooms. Both of our massages left us feeling great, though. Would definitely go back without the husband.

I really enjoyed my services at this spa. My back was killing me from working out. When I left I felt like a new woman. Great place!

Booked an appointment and when I showed up they told me that, that appointment didn't exist. Whoever was working the front desk was very rude and didn't admit to the fact that they screwed up and didn't actually make an appointment for me. Terrible service

Too many young managers not doing their job at its full potential and the turn over is high with all the theraphist. Shows no stability in employees. Bad for business. Customers like to keep one theraphist that they built a relationship with.
