Trethewey Medical Clinic

I have seen Dr. El-Madah several times and he is truly an amazing doctor. He always takes his time with me and ensures that he answers any questions or clarifies any concerns that I have. He is extremely kind and caring and it never feels like he's rushing me out of the office. There are not many doctors like Dr. El-Madah. If there were more doctors like him, people would be lining out the door to see him. Thank you Dr. El-Madah!

Hesham El Madah is the best at Trethewey... have been to walk in Clinic's who do not care at all for others and care about money only. Would like to appreciate the receptionist who is polite, a human being and understands the sensitiveness for the time. Do recommend this clinic. If you want a peaceful and trustable service - go to this place.

Took my daughter today & was very pleased - lady at the front desk was very nice, wait time was less than 10mins, and the doctor was great… didn’t feel rushed at all like most doctors seem in and out, He was very thorough and gave us a lot of information and was very detailed… sent the prescription right next door for us and everything went smoothly and conveniently!

Visited the place twice. Dr El-Madah is an interesting doctor. Did not have to wait for hours. Receptionist is efficient and polite.

The clinic is closed much earlier than the time that they public on website. My boyfriend came here with his skin problem, the doctor gave him a medication and it didn’t work. We tried to come the second time for double check but he closed the clinic so early. If you care about your health and expect a good health service, please DON’T come here. This clinic isn’t worth even 1*

While the wait time was short, I did not get a good feeling about this place or plaza. It felt very sketchy and everything was cash only, had to specifically ask for a receipt for my records. The Dr did not understand what I wanted from this visit needed some paperwork filled out and was kind of out of it. I suggest going to another clinic as there are plenty in the area.

I waited about 10 minutes to see the Doc. I was called in and he asked what was happening. I asked him what's his name. He was ok for the interaction. He sent my prescription directly to the pharmacy for me. No paper towel or tissue in the washroom.

The other reviews that people are leaving are about the family doctor next door not the walk in clinic. at The walk in clinic u get to see the doctor on time . He is very nice and he listens.

Times open/closed are very erratic. They do not reflect those listed on their " hours" sign " or this site. However, the third star given bc the Dr's very good and approachable ..., when there and it's open.

Every time I have been here I have had a great experience. The doctor has shown genuine concern and has been thorough.
