Very good service i have been a customer since they opened, always willing to help out with any eyeglass propblems, they are not part of a big franchise, this is where service feels like a family member.

Unfortunately I left without seeing the Dr. so I can't speak to what they were like. The front staff were polite but not friendly or communicative. I was told that they were running late which is annoying but fine. I came back 20 minutes later as instructed and was not acknowledge for almost 10 minutes. I let them know that I would book somewhere else and left. They had some safety eye wear and a somewhat limited selection of glasses and sunglasses. It looked approximately like the amount of frames at a Costco - probably enough but if you want a lot of choice this isn't the place for you.

Very happy with the selection, and kind service my family has received! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for our eyewear.

As a family, we have used Trendz optical since they first opened. Their service is excellent as is the selection of frames.
