Amazing Doctor was very fortunate that he took me on as a new patient years ago as he was not excepting anymore.
Dr Hatfield is the best Dr. I have ever encountered. He is extremely knowlegable, kind, compasionate. Great communicator. He and nurse Heather give me all the information they have on my tests and anything I need to know. They are both very respectful and they listen to my needs. I feel very lucky to have come accross them. Honestly, I trust both of them with my life.
Dr. Cloete and his team are extremely professional, very thorough, and genuinely care for their patients better than and other doctor I have ever met. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a GP. Your team rocks!!!
Would give a zero if it was an option. TERRIBLY unprofessional, disinterested and uncompassionate front end staff that simply do not want to work, answer phones or be of assistance. Doctors are good which makes it difficult to comprehend why they continue to choose to represent their health centre in this manner.
Front desk staff was completely disinterested and apathetic. The doctor i saw didnt even introduce himself to me and told me he didnt believe i was sick because my symptoms werent visible enough for him. He wouldnt listen to anything i had to say and just insisted i had nothing wrong with me until i left. Not going there again.
I really like Dr.Hatfield and would definitely recommend him. However the reception is ridiculous usually 15-20 minute wait to book an appt that is absolutely sickening like hair someone to answer phones if you can't manage to do it, and it's not like they are all that plesent to speak to either.
Dr. Cloete is one if the highest rated doctors in Alberta for good reason. I consider myself very fortunate to have him as our family doctor.
No one answer the phone!! I am calling since yesterday, is Tuesday 3pm and the message says they are already closed, how is this possible?? I need to talk to my doctor, I am in pain and I will probably have to go to a walk-in clinic since there is no answer, I also want to schedule an appointment. The photos show how much time I spent to wait for someone to pick up the phone and yet no one did.
Dr Hatfield and his team are exceptional. Professional, informed, compassionate. Great doctor and staff.
Dr. Hatfield is one of the best Doctors I've ever had, and also the rest of the team. No complaints here.
