Great customer service; we went in to look into a mid range bike that would last and we could enjoy for many years. They are knowledgeable with an explanation of each component of the bike. We were able to contrast each bike and test ride them immediately and that allowed us to make a decision without any fuss. Thank you!

All good till they take your money and do not order the bike. After waiting for 10 days with no calls and being treated like I am some paranoid grandma each time I was checking the status, turns out they didn't even order the bike when they should have. And to top it all they don't even put me on a priority list once the bike was there. There was one nice person though who offered to give me a replacement bike till mine arrives. Bottom line I guess it depends who you deal with.

Great customer service by the Service Department. Took my Madone to have the shifters changed, in the process they did a through evaluation and clearly demonstrated that the cassette and rear brakes needed to be changed as well. After they job was completed, she is riding just as good as new. Excellent job!!

Excellent service. I was searching for a hybrid FX series bike, and they made it easy for me to understand the differences between varies bike components. I spoke with multiple staff members, and had all my questions answered.

This place is great. They built my bike on the spot and were very helpful! I hadn't bought a bike in over 15years, and they really made me feel comfortable while asking questions and helping me choose the right bike for me!
