Play It Again Sports

I went this store to get my bicycle and child seat to go with it for my younger son to hop on. Most of stuff there was not very nice. Especially one butch haircut with eyeglasses. I Asked this guy few questions but didn't get any clear answer and he talked very rude and act whatever to me, so I asked the other guy who was "Sam" and he's fantastic! He answered what I wanted to know and he even attached child seat to bicycle and made sure it works fine for me! I was very pleased after all. I want to give 5 stars because of Sam but overall just 3 stars.

Horrible store with racist and heinous management and staff. I will never shop here again or go near this store. People are treated so poorly. Also, the items here are terrible quality with overly expensive price tags. If I could give 0 stars I would because that is how much I am disgusted with everything about this store.

In Naperville: I have had fantastic experiencies. I highly recomend this store. My last time was on July 2017, I talked with an American man, very tall, he is very nice. Surely I will come back.

Worst store ever, I will never recommend it to any one. They are so rude, racist, mean on every way and don't know how to treat their customers at all.
