Erik's - Bike Board Ski

I had them fix up my family's snowboard and skiis, and not only did they do a fantastic job, all of the staff were incredibly friendly, and the prices aren't too bad either. They'll definitely see more business from us.

I love Erik's! As a female, I struggled to find a bike shop that treated me with respect.- ALL of the staff at Erik's are awesome! I've purchased 3 bikes at this location and each time it's been a great experience. Even after I moved to AZ, they were fantastic in helping with a bike I needed to ship. Women cyclists, look no further for your new LBS!

I have nothing but great things to say about Eric's Bike Shop in Maple Grove, Mason as a sales technican, Scott in service an others who have helped me in service. I had my back bike tire stolen an they made sure I had a new tire by the weekend to ride. They were empathic an awesome for getting it all done an done well. We have continued to visit this store adding more biking items to our list, each time the staff has been knowledable an outstanding in service. I recently have had an issue with my gears changing an once again they didn't disappoint. I give them a 10 for customer service an satisfaction.

I have only been here once and was just passing through the area, and needed one part and needed it fast.. At first the guy Aaron wasn't able to find what I needed, but he cared enough to call all the other Erik's locations on my route to try to find one that had the part and and save me the time from stopping at each one.. Amazing. After a few minutes he remembered that another customer, entirely by chance, had special ordered a clamp and ended up not needing it. It was tucked away in the back somewhere and would get me where I needed to go! I was so impressed, he tried so hard to find something that would work for me, succeeded, and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. I may have to start coming here instead of the much closer bike shop near my house.

Working with Mike Burger from Erik's bikes has been an absolute joy! I haven't road a bike in years and wanted to get into it but didn't know where to start. Mike is incredibly passionate about bikes and he truly radiates that feeling to his customers. I've never been so excited to start a new activity! Mike took time to get to know my needs and my goals to find the perfect new ride me! He even shared my desire to make my bike aesthetically pleasing which added to the experience. Thank you, Mike! Everything you do to help your customers is truly worth it!
