These folks were so great! Super personable, knowledgeable and helpful, and they made sure we got the best deal and the most bang for our buck. I haven't ridden a bike in years and only knew vaguely what I was looking for, but within 5 minutes they brought out EXACTLY the bike I needed for my physical constraints, height and activities, along with the classic vintage look I wanted. The prices were relatively competitive for a local store but what sold us was how easy and enjoyable they made the whole process.
Picked my Trek Roscoe 7 up from them recently. Visiting their shop reminded me of childhood bike shops. Stocked with a little bit of every kind of bike you can think of. Everyone there was nice and professional. Id go there more often if it wasnt so far from me. Id recommend to anyone in the area.
7 Mile Cycle is wonderful! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, timely service and reasonably priced. They took the time to listen to my issues with the bike, recommended options for repairs, walked through the pricing, set up the repair less than one week and it was completed on time. They have plenty of bikes in stock, both new and used, along with all the accessories. Will definitely be back!
Vince and the team at 7 Mile Cycles know how to take care of the community. Their prices are fair, but you go because they have the most helpful and knowledgeable staff in the area. They'll get you riding, and keep you riding happily, for years to come.
Great bike shop! Super knowledgeable staff that love bikes! Just had them true up a wheel I wailed on a curb pretty badly and they had it ready in a few hours and did great work.
Came to 7 Mile Cyccles for a new Trek bike. Huge selection of bikes here, and not just Trek. Store is very welcoming and clean. Can tell the owner and staff pus in alot of work to keep the place looking and operating like it does. Upon walking in the door, i was immediately greeted and welcomed in. I had an idea of what i wanted, but was slightly confused on the differences between a couple models. The girl who was helping me was able to explain the difference and help me choose what was best for me. Within 20 minutes, i had confidently chose my new bike, customized it, paid, and was on my way home. My bike was in-stock, just not built yet, which was perfectly okay with me as i would prefer a fresh newly built bike over one thats been on display and possibly used for test rides. I was told i would receive a call the next day when its ready for pickup. Noon the following day i received the call. Arrived later that afternoon to pick it up and had the same fantastic experience. The girl who was helping me this time confirmed that everything i paid for was on the bike, and explained more features of the bike i chose. She also taught me how to use the front wheel quick-release which was completely new to me, and proved to be very helpful in fitting the bike in my car to bring home. All in all, very happy with my experience here. I look forward to the next time i need to visit 7 Mile Cycles.
Great staff! Very helpful… Well stocked with lots of parts and accessories. Everything entry level to high end… Service department however, I’ve had a few little issues with but nothing that would keep me from coming back.
Store: large selection of seats and bags and other accessories, helpful staff. Service department: they were pretty backed up when I came by in the middle of the week so I had to drop my bike off and come back the next day. Unfortunately they didn’t do much in the way of diagnostics, they just replaced my flat tube and incorrectly, it seems, because there was a noticeable thump in it afterwards and it went flat again a day later. However, I’ve since taken the bike twice to another shop with another two flats and it’s flat again as I write this, and that shop can’t figure out the issue either. So I don’t know if my unlucky experience is really reflective of this shop’s overall quality. I do wish someone could just FIX this recurring flat tire problem, though.
You guys are really good! I've been to many bike shops over the years and my biggest problem is how the LBS mechanics don't like talking to customers. I've always felt that your staff does a lot to make me want to come to your shop to get my bike fixed.I will be bringing my road bike into the shop before the winter season lets up. Thank you all very much for what you do!!!
Let's just say they will go above and beyond to get you your bike. They are very helpful and know their bikes. We got his and hers and are very satisfied with our purchase!
