Absolutely enjoyed my stay. Convenient location and quite clean. The guy I met at the front desk on my first night could be friendlier. The female I met the next day was awesome.
Went at Business Inn hotel for a family trip in Ottawa. We really enjoy staying here. We took the studio suite and it was amazing big living room with kitchen in the middle. Clean bathroom and excellent service. Will stay again and hardly recommanded
Great breakfast even during pandemic, rooms and facilities although old but very good. Will definitely stay there again

The best place for me to stay! Spacious rooms with kitchens, household amenities. Free breakfast, WiFi, soap, and dryer sheets. Located in downtown Ottawa within walking distance of restaurants, live music, bars, museums, 24-hour food facility. Perfect place when staying in Ottawa!
