The only good thing I found in the hotel room is clean bed sheet and clean towels. Rest everything is bad. Starting from location, there is no front gate parking. The parking is at the back of the hotel and you have to come from the side door with all your stuff which is little inconvenient for me. The room AC is not working throwing almost hot air. When I asked the front desk, the lady denied helping me. She literally said me that it was working good before and it should work now. The room furniture is kind of old with the scratches and fade colour on some. The fridge was not properly clean from outside and there was some sticky thing on the door. The carpet looks very old and has some stains too. The bathtub is too small in my room which barely accommodates 1 person. Near the hotel parking lot, you will see homeless people sitting there all day and night, which I think sometimes is not safe.
Two of my employees stayed here and the room was absolutely disgusting! Look at the blood or whatever stains all over the carpets. Pen marks on the wall and dirty sheets! They will absolutely not get our business again, and ill be sure to share this with my other colleagues in the industry.
This is quite possibly the worst hotel I've stayed at in my 5 years at my current position. It is in a terrible location with a real unsafe feel in the area.nOn my check in I was not thanked for being a diamond member nor given anything at checkin. While I don't put too much stock into this, the fact this is the only hotel that this has ever happened signals issue. I will say, however, the rest of my staff interactions were really good, thus the only above average mark.nThe second floor room..what can I say. The hall smelt like a poor tier hostel and was very off-putting. The exercise room was closed, and looked to be like this for years.nThe room. The door did not auto close. This brings immediate safety and security concerns. The room has a small window air conditioner. It is clearly under powered for the room. Having it on full blast the entire time was only enough to make it bearable. To add to this, in order to air condition the room I couldn't close the black out drapes. The thin sheet was also ripped, likely someone before me making their solution to this air conditioner.nThe condition of the bathroom and furniture was very worn. The floor was stained in many places.nThe bed was better than kindersley, but this is not a high bar. It was passable but little more.nnI was at the room around 4 pm both days I was there and there was nothing but constant hallway traffic including over an hour of kids screaming and playing in the hall. The noise was distracting.nnDon't stay here. Any review of over 2 stars is clearly false. There are better budget and mid tier options in PA. Pay a bit more for Super 8 or a lot more for BW PremierennThis place really makes me question if Wyndham cares for their reputation. I travel a lot and took advantage of a status match to move from Best Western to Wyndham and I am seriously questioning my choices. First two hotels were a major disappointment. I have 10 nights over 5 weeks and if things don't improve, it may be time to move back.nnTerrible stay, will never return.
I don’t know how long I was at the Travelodge in Prince Albert. Time doesn’t move the same in there. The clocks all blink “44:44” and the lobby smells like wet coins and distant thunder. I booked one night. I think I stayed a week. I aged emotionally by twelve years.nnMy room—Room 307, aka The Cube—contained exactly one functioning lamp, a carpet that tried to bite me, and a painting of a goose that absolutely watched me sleep. At one point, the wallpaper began to peel itself. I asked the front desk for assistance. They handed me a mop and said, “It’s your turn now.”nnThe bed was made of dense clouds and poor decisions. I lay down and immediately dreamed of a moose court-martial. I woke up to static playing on the TV and a handwritten note that just said “we remember Winnipeg.”nnThe hallway lights flickered in Morse code. I decoded them: “RUN.”nnThe continental breakfast was… unsettling. The eggs were the exact color of ennui. The toaster whispered the word “divorce” every time I pressed it down. A sausage link rolled off my plate, hit the floor, and hissed.nnThe pool? Empty. Full of crows.nnI tried to leave. I really did. But every exit turned into another hallway. Eventually, I found a door labeled “Laundry” and emerged into the parking lot—shirtless, confused, and holding a bag of Funyuns I did not purchase.nn1 star. Avoid unless you’re prepared to barter with vending machines, commune with haunted plumbing, and make peace with the sentient fog that haunts the stairwell. I checked in for a weekend. I left… changed.nnThis Travelodge knows your secrets.
Stayed here for a night. The prices were cheap, good enough for a night. The only problem was that we found a broken piece of a meth/crack pipe in the back of the nightstand. When we went to the front desk, the lady said, “It’s a good thing the maids didn’t find it otherwise it would be charged to your room.” LIKE WHAT??? Also, there was people partying all night but luckily for us, they were not near our room so it was quiet.
