The hotel is spacious and clean. Breakfast is included and was good. There is not enough parking. This is the third time we have stayed here and they have run out of towels all three times. I can understand it happening once but if it happens this frequently it’s time to do something about it. When we asked for towels, the front desk seemed annoyed to be bothered and shrugged their shoulders like we were asking for something outrageous. There was no apology. We picked this hotel because our kids love the hot chocolate machine in the lobby. We stayed three nights and told the front desk twice that it wasn’t working. They said they’d get right to it but sadly we left with disappointed kids. The building itself is great. The employees are generally friendly but not empowered to take care of the guests. We won’t be staying here again.
Nice large rooms. Parking wasn't the greatest but we found a spot. Hotel was nice and clean. Beds comfortable bedding very clean and comfy. Not enough soap or shampoo for two adults and a child minor as we asked desk for more. Breakfast was average but staff were on top of keeping everything stocked up. Pool and hot tub very small. Too full to use during our stay but there was multiple sports teams there.
Spent the weekend for a hockey tournament. The staff were so accommodating for both the adults and the kids. They took the time to really engage, even teaching the kids some card games! The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast had something for everyone. We would definitely come back!
Stayed here during the large female hockey weekend. Happy to get a room after fleeing the cockroaches at the Ramada do not stay there but wasn't happy that they jack the price up for that one weekend. Standard room cost us $409/night. I asked the front desk to have house keeping visit our room and restock towels and take some pizza boxes out. They did not. Asked front desk again when we returned if housekeeping could come up and was told they went home. When manager heard that we had already asked once he said he would make a note of it on our file. The second night was very loud most of the night partying, music, running in halls and we didn't get much sleep. I do appreciate that they allow people to congregate in the lobby sitting areas as that usually ensures the hallways and rooms stay quiet. I talked to the front desk about it when checking out and got an apology followed by a request to leave a 5 star review on Google for 500 reward points. This is one of the best hotels in PA and the hotel itself is fine - but price was too steep and customer service lacking.
The rooms were great, the service like it was kinda bad. The pools were packed and never had time to enjoy it, the pools were tiny but clean. The location is not so secluded as it's next to a liquor store, so not so family friendly in terms of people. The tech is great, wifi is awesome and there's computers in the lobby. Do not go to the restaurant around 10pm, the they will be closed due to high orders.nnRoom service is nice.
