Front curb appeal looks good but this is just to bring you in. For the cost it’s not worth it. No breakfast for this cost. I have been to MANY hotels,inns etc etc and for the cost and no breakfast not worth it. And to top it off they kicked our hockey team out of the pool, mini sticks everything. I have 3 boys in hockey. I will let all teams know NEVER to come here. They take the fun out of it for kids but let all the drunk indigenous in and party all night in the lobby as I seen for myself when I had to go to my truck at 11:45pm. The double standards are discussing. If I couldnGive a 0 I would. Our team had 15 rooms booked plus other teams and this is how they treat a good revenue stream. I am a business owner and this is a good way to lose ALOT of future business as I will be spreading the word to all teams I am involved in to not come here pool or not as they will kick them out. Horrible horrible place to be with kids.
The punjabi security guard is very racist and other staff are rude as well. Guests that are checking out will be kicked out from security even while waiting for transportation. They kicked out families with children as well and put people in bad situations. Please choose elsewhere for your stay. Owner needs new staff instead of hiring these racist workers.
Horrible service. We walked in our room it smelled like pee, stains all over blankets and sheets, dirty sticky desks. We called and asked to switch rooms, at first they tried to just febreeze our room. We finally got a new room and u can tell they sprayed febreeze in there and we seen a cockroach and the floor was a mess. So we left and i went ask for a refund they told me we left the room messy and they cant give my money back. Horrible place
This is a solid hotel. We came here with our hockey team and the staff was great, the pool and waterslide are a lot of fun, and the rooms are totally fine clean, no smell, no issues. We are glad we came!
Very rude security. Sat on the couch to wait for a cab after checking out and he told me to get out of the hotel and wait outside. Do not recommend if you don't want to be discriminated.
