Mona, and ALL the staff are very accommodating and pleasant! Makes you feel right at home, any time we are working in and around Prince Albert we stay at this hotel. The breakfast is fantastic.
The rooms, while being a bit dated, were clean and comfortable. The colleague I traveled with had mobility needs. The staff went over and above to accommodate us and our needs. We were treated exceptionally well. The meals for the convention were similar caliber to what you would expect at a quality restaurant. Tasty, homemade food was served. The convention hall more than met our needs. Would I stay there again? Wholeheartedly yes!
Had an issue our error booking the room. Went out of their way to accommodate us. Very nice room, with a separate sitting room and bedroom. Found it very clean. Like other comments, a bit dated, but I've been in newer that were just awful. Staff very friendly and made sure we liked our room. Outside door Key access after doors locked for security. Has a very nice restaurant, great breakfast and staff also very cheerful. Would recommend!
Not sure how this hotel gets its current 4-star reviews. The rooms are tired and old, tub had a scratch up plastic liner, drain was mostly plugged, nearly an inch gap under the door to the hall - combined with paper thin walls, I could hear EVERYTHING going on in the hotel. HVAC was noisy likely just my particular room and the bedding was ‘meh’. Only positive thing I can say is that the WiFi worked very well.
Rooms and the entire building is very smelly. The dark brown outer blanket looks like it wasn’t washed or change at all. Pillows and bedsheet smells bad. Won’t recommend to others. Price is way too much for the condition of the hotel. Frontdesk service is the worst. Holiday Inn offers the same price with free breakfast and pool and hot tub.
