We are leaving in a month and can not even get to talk to anyone before going to a 3rd world country.

They have a central call center that had me on hold for 10 minutes. Then when i got to talk to someone, she could not answer any questions and informed me that i would not be able to talk to anyone before we have to leave.  Not very accomodating.
