I went to get my so.n a covid vaccine and was told they did. Not want to open the package of phizer just in case the last appointment t didn’t show up. If they open it and don’t use it all it has to be tossed. Why are they assuming people are not going to come? If the other child did come then they would have had to throw the ready away. We were given the option of waiting for 30 minutes and then if the other appointment didn’t show we would be sent home without the vaccine. What?!?!
Very kind and helpful nurses but this office needs to be more accessible.I tried to call over two weeks early to alter my appointment time for my child’s vaccinations. There was no openings for 4 weeks and no waitlist for cancellations which I found very frustrating.
