The professionalism of the whole team at Crown Isle Dental Health Centre is outstanding. Dr. Sharma and her staff are kind, gentle, I felt genuinely cared about from the moment I stepped in. The office was up-to-date with modern equipment and had such a pleasant environment. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Sharma and her wonderful team! their clinic has a small town and personal type of feel, with the big city experience.
Since moving to the valley 5 years ago Dr Clancy's clinic has been our dental care go to clinic. Not just the proximity a block away either.We would be using their services wherever we lived in the valley because of the caring friendly professional staff . Recently had an old filling on a molar start acting up. Booked in for a crown which Dr Al Mosuli recommended rather than a root canal at this time. She thoroughly explained the rather nasty procedure and expectations at every step of the way in a professional , caring and mindful manner. As a result of our 5 star experiences with every visit in the last 5 years we highly recommend Dr Clancy and her team at the Crown Isle Clinic.
Dr. Sharma and all the staff of the Crown Isle Dental Health Centre were very helpful, professional and efficient during my visit for a crown fitting on 18 October. I am delighted with the service that I always receive from the Dental Health Centre and would strongly recommend it to anyone requiring dental services. Ray
Caring and personable team! My concerns were addressed professionally and promptly. Even though I moved further away from Crown Isle Dental, I left feeling 100% confident in my choice of Dental offices.
It is the dentist folks. I know no one who likes going to the dentist. I grew up many, many years ago dreading going to the dentist, suffering the pain of the needles, the drill that seemed to take for ever and ground away at your tooth at the end of that "praying mantis" contraption with the rubber belts turning the wheels which ultimately controlled the speed of the drill bit and that white porcelain bowl beside your chair with the water swirling around in it where you were to spit the excess contents of your mouth like tooth bits, blood and saliva. That was then and this is now - nearly pain free needles, high speed drills, suction tubes that take away the water from the drill etc., and TV on the ceiling to take your mind off the dentist doing their work, if at all possible. Having said all that I am still uneasy going to the dentist and don't like it, but I am not petrified like I used to be. All the people at the dentist's office are very pleasant and do everything they can to make your visit as pleasing as possible. For those of us who have, in the past, suffered from dental problems as I have, believe me going to the dentist regularly beats dental problems arising from not going by a long shot. Now if we can just get the cost of going down it would be even better. Keep up the good work Crown Isle Dental.
Absolutely phenomenal dentists. Dr. Al-Mosuli is soooo good with kids of all ages. She’s patient, kind, friendly, and makes even my more anxious kids feel comfortable and safe. The staff are all lovely. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Dr. Sharma and her team did an excellent job extracting my molar. She and her team made every effort to ensure I was comfortable, including a follow-up call in the evening.
Any time I can laugh and enjoy a cleaning? Probably means I have issues and should seek help, but thank goodness my hygienist is in the same boat. So thanks.... good times.
