Transat A.T.

Very unpleasant experience flying Barcelona-Montreal, with family after holidays, 1 out of 3 suitcases was lost. Our luggage was a Priority and it was a direct flight. Montreal luggage claim office promised to reply in 48 hours. Nothing, not replying on the phone either. Finally I've got someone answered the phone in Montreal airport office after 5 days. The lady didn't have information about the suitcase and advised me to email to the central claim office of Transat. What I did, and again no reply. Very disappointing customer service , 8 days without any news from Transat.

This email s actually their headquarters. No retail travel services are done here

They ran 3 batteries dead fir navitgation flight delayed more then 3 hrs not impressed. ..
