Called days in advanced to make an appointment for 2 people to get a pedicure at 11am. They had us sit in the chairs and soak our feet in almost warm water. The first pedicure started at 11:28 and the other at 11:32... so much for an appointment. The one lady was just rude and didn't even respond when asked a question. The guy was nice.

This is a great place. It's gives me privatecy that I didn't have before. I've been here 5 times and each person has given me a good mani-pedi, the prices are higher than the norm but if you want it done the right way come here and you'll be pleased.

Just had a terrible pedicure here in Kingston. The nail technician refused to make the water hotter and then would not cut my nails even though they obviously needed it. Finally she cut 3 nails so they are now all unequal lengths and look stupid. Stabbed me under the toenail and gave a terrible massage. I am going to call the health department because I don't think this person ever went to school or has a license.
