Rhinebeck Spa Nails

Quality of Work is awful, language barrier is an issue as well. It's hard to relay what you want done, when the employees cant understand English.

This was a very disappointing experience in every way. First they gave me a manicurist who spoke no English and when she was through painting my nails, the owners daughter came over to remove the polish and repaint them because it was terribly applied. She was very lovely and I asked her age and whether or not she had a license as she just finished a pedicure. She said she had no license which I think is illegal in NY. Then I had what was possibly the worst pedicure by one of their more experienced pedicurists. She cut my toe and when I yellowed "ow" and told her she cut me, she said, it's al right! It wasn't all right. It still hurts and looks infected days later. I have been getting pedicures for many years and she was the roughest and cut me with the scraper in two places. I will never return to this salon and found the experience awful!

Rhinebeck spa Nails is a really good salon, service is excellent and customer service is also really nice. Atmosphere is also great!!!

Clean and friendly service but prices are redulus 55 dollar for a allelic set. Most other charge 30
