I went there one day at noon, which is when the website says they open. There was no one there, just a sign saying they opened at 12:30. I waited until 1pm but no one ever came to open the store and there was no answer when I called. Are they still in business? Did the cashier just not show up? We shall never know...

Yes, they are still in business ! The owner Genevieve had issues with scheduling employees at some point, hence the hectic opening hours. I would go with the hours on the door, the website may be outdated. Call ahead to make sure. She is very friendly and accomodating.
