Very nice experience with Alfredo, the salesperson I exchanged with. They have very high-quality perfumes, and the prices are reasonable. They also have smaller formats and they even sell sample size for 4-5$. If you're looking for a scent or perfume not everyone is wearing, definitely give them a visit!
What an incredible experience! I made an online order Friday and received it today, Monday! The customer service from H Parfums is remarkable. I had a very similar experience from my previous purchase too, receiving it moments after ordering online. In addition, I love how you can customize your sample selections. I selected two and for the third I asked for a recommendation and I am thankful for their careful consideration in selecting my third sample. H Parfums is such a lovely store with a fantastic array of niche scents that are typically hard to find in Canada. Thanks for offering these sumptuous scents!

Update on my review 2020: Customer service is on and off. At times very courteous and other times, quite strange, as if I was not welcome. I brought a friend to shop for a fragrance and my friend wanted to leave after a short while. He found the experience to be very unpleasant. Requesting samples for purchase seemed daunting. Review from 2019 Exceptional service, attentive, and personalized. Fatima gave me space to discover the perfume bar and offered me assistance at the right moments. I stopped by today. I was barely greeted on my arrival and on my way out as usual I said thank you/goodbye the shop assistant just stared at me saying nothing.
