It's really too bad - this boutique has cute items, but I was really disappointed in the customer service. I had an item that came apart at the seam after only wearing it twice it was obviously a flaw in the item, which happens!!. I spoke with someone on the phone who tried to tell me it was my fault and that a manager would call me back, which didn't end up happening. I then wrote an email explaining the situation and didn't get a response. Montreal has so few cute boutiques left, I was hoping to support this one, but alas, this may not end up being the case.
I had the pleasure of being served by Emmanuelle. Not only was she a great listener and understood what I was looking for; she was also very knowledgeable about what looked good on me. I would recommend her styling services to anyone. She really caters to your needs and body type and knows what will look good on you. I will definitely be going back to see her for a full wardrobe revamp!
