My wife and I have been going here for about 6 months and are really enjoying it.  We were members at LA Fitness but soon cancelled our membership after joining TFW Dupage.  The classes tend to attract the same group of people each time and you become pretty close knit.  It is great to have other people spotting you and helping you with your lifts.  Josh is a great trainer and helps to cater to any injuries or limitations you may have.  The classes have a variety of different skill/strength levels so anyone from a beginner to a seasoned lifter will have no problem walking in.

I've been training with Josh for 4 years and cannot say enough great things about this place. He's passionate about what he does, and it definitely shows. And the people here are absolutely wonderful. We are all one giant, crazy family that motivate and push each other to be better. I promise you're not going to find the comradery or workouts like Josh's at any other place.

This is the gym I've been looking for! I love the workouts, the trainer is awesome and the classes are excellent! I love the group atmosphere here, it's been a very positive experience. I tried big box gyms, personal trainers and boot camps and they don't come close to the kind of workouts and attention you get here. You will definitely get results and accomplish goals you never thought were possible.

Love TFW!  Josh is fantastic - he really focuses on motivating me while encouraging me to push my limits. I also really enjoy the people here - I see many of the same people each time I come and that helps to create a very friendly, welcoming environment. I am in the best shape of my life and can't wait to get even stronger!!

This is the best workout that I have ever done!  I started with Josh last May when I was in the worst shape of my life after experiencing some difficult medical situations. Josh was positive that he could get me back into shape even though I was doubtful. Since then I have been working out 4 times a week and can't believe the difference, not only in the way I look but most importantly in the strength that I now have.  Josh constantly modified the program for me so that even though there were things I couldn't do in the beginning, I was able to achieve success little by little. I would recommend this program for anyone regardless of your level of fitness or your age. If he could change a broken 64 year old, he can definitely change you!
