This is the cleanest PF I've been to! Jeremy helped me open my gym membership. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Wendy gave me a tour of the gym. She was very thorough and informative. I'm pleased to say I love my gym!

This place was great when it first opened up. But it quickly went down the drain. Huge list of negatives to be very honest. poorly maintained and the staff doesn't seem to care. The 2 stars is only because it started great. Please get rid of people that don't follow the rules.

Have visited a couple of Planet Fitness locations. This location (Addison) seemed fairly poorly maintained. The 3-star rating is specifically for this location, and not all Planet Fitness locations.

A piece of abdominal equipment was out-of-order during my visit, apparently missing a single bolt and nut that could be fixed in just about the same amount of time that it took to print and post the out-of-order sign that was taped to the equipment.

There was actually rust on the equipment, showing a serious lack of maintenance.

The overall layout of the gym is fair to poor.

Bathrooms (at least men's) is acceptably clean, but could be better.

The nice thing is that it is cheap (can be a member for around $15 per month average), and, although poorly maintained, has the same equipment that other Planet Fitness locations have, so you can pop into any location and not disturb your normal program.

Definitely suggest the upgraded membership, which costs around double, but includes additional benefits, such as free guest, backroom pampering apparatuses, and the availability of working out at any and all Planet Fitness locations.

This is my home gym and I love this location. I will say that there are better PF locations...but this gym has a lot of machines and a very chill staff whom say hi/bye and are generally nice. Its kept clean, and is not dirty as others claim. The women's locker room needs to be maintained a bit more as some of the handles were broken on the lockers (about 2 lockers).

The morning staff is always cleaning, they make sure everything is organized and clean. Actually this is the cleanest of the area!
