We were going on a trip and I needed a good pair of shoes. We just returned from our trip where I spent plenty of time climbing on slippery rocks, hiking on trails with roots and just walking around in town. My waterproof Keen shoes are the most comfortable I have ever owned and I felt safe on the rocks. I was given great advice by the person who helped me. Maybe Alex?

Fantastic staff and the store itself. Just wanted to say thank you for helping me out the other day. I've got a kayak that you guys helped to get on the roof of my car and showed me how to properly secure it on top. Really appreciate the help, everyone was super helpful and friendly!
honestly, not sure why this store exists. customer service is marginal. hours are inconvenient. there are much better stores in ottawa with better service, hours and carry more inventories. i called in to inquire about the product on the website but the service i received was less than stellar, the person provided no assistance rather than short answer and was rude and kept telling me to refer to the website.
Wonderful experience there today. Went in looking for insoles for my hiking boots and/new hiking boots. Alex was so helpful and knowledgeable and he gave me lots of information to help my decisions. Highly recommended. They also have Patagonia R1 air hoodies which I love though I don't like the current colours, and lots of other fun clothes and useful hiking equipment.
