The Ottawa Decathlon store is always a great shopping experience. The store layout is unique, the checkout process is always very efficient and pleasant, but mostly, the value for the items is very high. It is normally my first option when purchasing sports equipment or clothing.
Another geppy trip to Décathlon. Attractive and affordable gear for every sport. Our guy Gary was there to help as usual. He is always knowledgeable and anticipating what we might need next. More than you would expect!
Great store with great products and prices but was disappointed in my experience with the workshop today. Booked a free bike diagnosis appointment, didn’t receive a confirmation, had to call in. They confirmed once I called so I went to the store only for the employee to tell me they only serve Decathlon bikes. The “free diagnosis” appointment option said nothing like that, FYI. Apparently many customers were turned away due to the same issue… It would be helpful if they clarified this on their website so people don’t waste their time and energy bringing in their bike.
