Trailer Inns RV Park of Yakima

The staff here are easy to talk to and kind. The check-in process was almost effortless for me and my family; which was nice. The grounds are very well kept which provides the meditative, peaceful stay while here. Overall, I say five stars!

I left 10 days before my two months was up. First of all they say they are pet friendly but really aren't. Better walk your dog outside of the 8 foot double barbed wire fence in the homeless and thug area of Yakima. Oh did I mention being verbally harassed while outside of the gate by local homeless/gangster people. Behind the RV park is a ghetto apartment complex with people shooting each other and ambulance sirens all the time along with heavy rap music in their cars. My main issue was the mail. Do NOT lie to me and say that my package was my delivered when it was. FedEx and USPS both give confirmation and this person blatantly lied to my face that my package was delivered until I asked about it when she was providing customer service. I've stayed in over 10 RV parks long term and this is the worst customer service and treatment I have ever experienced. Stay for a night if you must but honestly I wouldnt.

I've known the management and maintenance here for a few years. They are always very nice and hospitable.

This is getting 2 Stars because it was opened. My experience was not great. There are a lot of long-term tenants there. The spots were very narrow and if there were any cars parked it was very difficult to get your rig out. Also there is no pay online option and you had to print your CC number on the outside of an envelope to pay after hours. I will not be returning to this one again.
