Tracy Phelan RE/MAX Garden City- Niagara Region

We first started working with Tracy two years ago. We explained to her what type of property we were looking for and that we would not settle until we found just the right house for us. While we became frustrated at times with what were seeing on the market Tracy remained positive throughout the search. She knocked on doors and left flyers in neighbourhoods in which we were interested. We finally found one which met all our needs and Tracy negotiated a purchase price below asking. Now it was time to list our house. Tracy armed us with all the knowledge we needed to set a listing price. She helped us prepare our house for the listing photos and get it ready for viewing. Thanks to her knowledge and expertise we accepted an offer at full list price on the very first day it was on the market. We both felt very comfortable with Tracy's professionalism and real estate experience. We thank you Tracy for all your help!

I bought a house in July using Tracy Phelan as my realtor.. Let me tell you she knows her stuff !!! with this crazy market it was hard to get a house with the multiple offers and prices going way over list . Tracy was honest with the price and the value of the house and would not let you over pay .She works fast. i went to an open house liked the house called her at 3 in the afternoon she made a phone call and found out they were taking offer that night at 7pm so she met me at 5pm we put in an offer and I got the house ..YAHOO ..if your looking to buy or selling ..She is the one to call hands down!!! hope this helps you all out there .Marlene
