Karl and Sarah were an absolute pleasure to work with! From the very beginning, they were a terrific team with a prompt response time who really made us feel like they valued us not only as clients but listened to our needs as a family who were looking to buy and sell in a competitive market. With Karl's knowledge about the various areas in St. Catharines, he offered really great advice as we looked for and eventually purchased a new home perfect for our growing family. In addition, with their use of cool new technology, advanced selling skills online and Sarah’s amazing photography, our existing house sold in 4 days after various showings and multiple competing offers. Karl listed our house on a Friday and after many showings on the weekend, by Monday afternoon we had 6 offers for our house. This was the second house that Karl has sold for us and we were very happy with his professionalism, knowledge and help from his staff. Our emails were answered quickly and we were kept in the loop every step of the way. We would recommend Karl to our family and friends.

Mine was a challenging purchase...a difficult situation in terms of logistics. Karl propelled me on and encouraged me when I was ready to give up...and for that I am grateful as I now own a gorgeous house. Sarah was awesome...always available to assist. Great team!

Karl was very helpful in giving us tips and information we needed for both buying and selling. Both happened very quickly and Karl kept the stress to a minimum. He responded very quickly to text and emails even while working from across time zones. Thanks Karl.
