RECO should look into this Broker for there shady business practises, if anybody has had bad experience with them can you contact me, I’m sure there are many out there.

If you want to find a house soon go with another company. We were with Coldwell for 1 year and nothing. They barely helped along the way as I had to do most of the looking. Finally went with another company and found a house within 1 month. Would never recommend them. Go with a trusted and creditable company. Their only interest is getting their commission.

Any realtor company that needs to leave their door tags with their name and this Meghan person all over my door consecutive weeks in a row is absolute garbage.

Coldwell Banker Momentum Realty Brokerage, is Very irresponsible company which does not fulfill what is promising. I would not recommend you their services if you want to save your time and your nerves !

They seem helpful at first but then put you on the back burner but act like they care... they work just to get your money. Even when they suck at everything they still find a way to put a gun to your head Would never recommend again.
