Not sure how my honest review got removed, however warning others. Would not recommend. Always get your agent through word of mouth and referrals ONLY from people you know and respect. If you get roped into a contract, at the very least, find your own lawyer and house inspector. An experience with this broker I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. Lesson learned. If you get duped by your agent, report them to the Real Estate Council of Ontario RECO.

Would not recommend. Always get your agent through word of mouth and referrals from people you know and respect.  If you get roped into a contract, at the very least, find your own lawyer and home inspector. An experience with this broker I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. Lesson learned. If you get duped by your agent, report them to the Real Estate Council of Ontario RECO & add to his complaint file which they keep on record.
